Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I receive?
One ZIP file with, for every channel you choose, 5 ready-to-use files: a color SVG, a transparent SVG, a color PNG (1024px), a transparent PNG (1024px) and a printable table-card PDF (100×150mm).
How long does delivery take?
Usually under 2 minutes after payment. You get an email with a download link valid for 48 hours.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If the file cannot be generated after 2 automatic attempts, your payment is refunded automatically and you receive an apology email — no action needed from you.
Do I need a business/VAT ID?
No. The final price already includes no VAT, since we sell under the German small business rule (§ 19 UStG). You just tell us whether you are buying as a business or as a private customer during checkout.
What's the difference between Classic and Premium?
Classic (9.99 €) is a plain black-and-white QR code — the same one shown in the example above. Premium (19.00 €) uses rounded dots and rounded corner markers, composes your own logo in the center on a white circle, uses your brand color, and includes scan tracking. The WiFi channel always uses the plain style, even on Premium orders — a WiFi QR code has to decode to an exact technical format for phones to connect, so it can't be routed through a tracking link.
Does the Premium QR code track scans?
Yes. Premium QR codes (except WiFi, see above) route through a short link of ours before reaching your channel, so we can count how many times each code was scanned. We only log the date/time and device type (e.g. "iPhone browser") — never your visitors' personal data. The Classic QR code always points directly to your channel, with no tracking of any kind.
Good to know
What we don't do: we don't check whether your links work, and we don't store your WiFi password beyond generating your file. What we do: we generate the QR codes automatically from the content you type — no human review, no delay, no AI guessing your links for you. On Premium orders, we route non-WiFi codes through a short link so you can see your scan count — only date/time and device type are logged, never personal data.
