Unsere Angebote richten sich ausschließlich an Unternehmer im Sinne von § 14 BGB — juristische Personen, Selbstständige und Gewerbetreibende, die im Rahmen ihrer gewerblichen oder selbständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit handeln, nicht an Verbraucher im Sinne des § 13 BGB.

No right of withdrawal for businesses
Our offers are addressed exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB — legal entities, freelancers and tradespeople acting within their commercial or self-employed professional activity, not to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
The statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g BGB applies only to consumer contracts. As MySaaSLux contracts exclusively with businesses, no right of withdrawal applies to our customers.
This business status is expressly requested on every order and must be confirmed before payment is completed — in the order form and, when paying via Stripe, through a mandatory declaration together with a company field within the payment process itself.
